- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida
- Required minimum one (1) year of nursing experience; preferred one (1) year experience in a home healthcare
- Must have current BLS Certification
- This position requires significant local travel

· What You’ll Be Doing
- Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
- Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
- Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
- Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.
- $45 - $52/hr
