In this role, you'll help turn regional marketing plans into clear campaign delivery for field teams across GGB North America Retail. You'll work with Growth Marketing Managers, producers, and central marketing teams to keep work moving, details accurate, and timelines on track. This role helps connect strategy to execution, so marketing programs can drive engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue. How you'll make an impact You'll be the person who helps regional marketing plans become real. You'll support campaigns, local activations, and field requests with care and clear follow through. Your work will help teams stay aligned, keep projects moving, and deliver a better experience for producers and business partners. You'll also help make sure each request is matched with the right marketing resource. That means keeping priorities clear, tracking deadlines, and making sure nothing gets lost between teams. Gallagher values people who are curious, collaborative, and ready to grow with others. Help regional and zone campaigns move from planning to delivery on time and on brand. Support lead generation through events, campaigns, and targeted outreach. Be a dependable point of contact for field partners and help keep requests moving. Coordinate local initiatives, materials, sponsorships, and activations across regions. Keep multiple projects organized, with clear priorities, timelines, and handoffs. Track campaign results and share useful updates on engagement, marketing qualified leads, pipeline, and closed won revenue. Spot ways to improve intake, workflow, and delivery so the team can work with less friction. About you We're looking for someone who has: 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, campaign delivery, or marketing operations. Experience supporting field sales teams or regional marketing programs. Experience in business to business or professional services marketing. Working knowledge of Salesforce or Gallagher WIN, Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, marketing automation tools, and reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience managing several projects at once while keeping details accurate. A way of working that helps build trust across teams and with external partners. Clear follow through.
