Field Service Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Management
• Ownership of P&L for the assigned territory
• Drive AOP planning and achieving annual orders targets - QR and Contracts.
• Supporting Sales Team to Generate Service Level Projects (SLJ) Leads.
• Drive Commercial matrixes- Order, Revenue, GM, Collection,
• Drive Service Matrixes- SLA, OTC, OTA, NPS, Customer satisfaction.
Service and Project Management
• End-to-end project execution including planning, monitoring, delivery, and closure
• Deliver Larg scale and Spot job on time.
Sales & Growth
• Lead sales initiatives and strategic deals to achieve order booking targets
• Develop Business by delivering Growth year on year
• Drive NPI to improve business shares in market
• Focused growth in Digital product and SAS
Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction
• Able to handle the Large Corporate customers from Commercial/Industrial/Data Centers.
• Ensure timely service delivery aligned with SLAs
• Handling Customer Service – AMC, O&M, Time & Material
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
• Handling customer escalation – with problem solving attitude
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage team of on-roll as well as off-roll resources. Able drive the subcontractor to meet up the execution timelines committed to Customer.
• Drive accountability culture within team
• Build team capability, performance, and engagement
• Develop high performance culture within team Stakeholder & Process Management
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards
Key Skills & Competencies
• Should have handled large scale corporate customers.
• Strong domain knowledge of Building Automation systems
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Sound financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills Excellent project execution and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
• Diploma Engineering/ Degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred)
• Minimum 10 Years (At least 4 -5 Years in Managerial Role)
• Building automation industry experience preferred
Geographical Coverage: Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh.
Travelling: 40 – 50% Travelling to Madhya Pradesh.
