From storytelling to festive greetings, you'll embody the spirit of the season across a variety of enchanting settings. What you'll be doing Engage warmly with children and families with festive cheer Work across the Woodland Workshop, Brunch with Santa and Santa's Greetings Maintain a cheerful and magical presence while responding to children's questions Ensure every visit is memorable, with smiles, photos and festive joy What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours We are offering a number of annualised and fixed-term (until 24th December 2026) contracts for this role, whereby you'll be required to work a minimum of 48 hours per year across our peak holiday periods or over a 4‑week period. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays About you Naturally cheerful and able to engage with children and adults Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport across all age groups Able to portray Santa authentically with energy and professionalism Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic with a passion for the Christmas / seasonal spirit Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
