Then the Sales Executive position at MD7 – or as we call it, Lease Consultant – could be the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll have the chance to reach your full potential thanks to our transparent and uncapped commission structure.
As a Lease Consultant, you will negotiate the terms for leasing mobile network sites and manage the entire contract negotiation process – guiding landlords all the way to the final signature of the lease agreements.

DAY-TO-DAY
- Communication with landlords: Negotiating lease agreements via phone or online calls and attempting to establish contact with landlords
- Preparation for landlord conversations: Reviewing and researching lease agreements using various databases and software systems
- Data maintenance: Entering and updating data
- Proposal creation: Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and post
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent Dutch skills, written and spoken (minimum level C1)
- Basic knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Effective communication skills
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills are a plus
