Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for maintenance and a knack for solving problems? Perennial Properties is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the team at one of our managed Intown properties. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their workday, and takes pride in providing top-notch service to residents and team members.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make-ready repairs and upgrades.
Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the community grounds, facilities, and amenities.
Partner with the Community Director and Service Manager to prioritize daily work orders and special projects.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
EPA certification preferred (Type I and II or Universal).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors).
