Key Responsibilities:
1. Select and qualify workshops in collaboration with Quality and Purchasing Engineers.
2. Define project execution strategies and manage project risks with contingency plans in place.
3. Expedite manufacturing and delivery schedules in close coordination with the Expeditor.
4. Take full ownership of project quality, on-time delivery, and cost management.
5. Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers on technical and commercial project matters.
6. Travel to workshops and job sites as required.
7. Ensure timely customer payments and maintain positive cash flow for the project.
8. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing equipment industry; experience in mining, bulk material handling, or heavy equipment is preferred.
3. Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong technical background in mechanical design and manufacturing processes, with proven project execution capabilities.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with cross-functional teams.
6. PMP certification is a plus.
