Job Description
The primary focus of the Service Advisor is customer service. The Service Advisor is held accountable to ensuring all customers are treated with respect and integrity, ensuring a smooth book-in process by under promising and over delivering.
The Service Advisor is responsible for listening to customer concerns and requests and working with the RV Service Technicians to ensure everything necessary is done to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations. It is important to clearly communicate with the customer at the time of drop-off and pick-up as the customer must approve the repair costs prior to completing the work.
