About the role:
• As a Software Engineer (Backend), you will drive the design and development of backend systems that support the Tax Information Reporting Suite (TIRS) and Core Services. You will lead backend engineering efforts, build scalable and reliable services, and ensure high‑quality technical delivery. • In this role, you will own backend architecture, data processing workflows, and integrations across platforms. You will work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to enable smooth releases, efficient deployments, and effective production support. • You will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and promote best practices in coding, performance, security, and automation.
