Facilities Project Engineer

- 5 + years of progressive experience in Facility Management, Project Management, or Construction Management. - Building‑Systems Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise with core building systems, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, fire‑protection, and general infrastructure utilities. - Full‑Lifecycle Project Delivery: Proven track record of managing projects from Statement‑of‑Work (SOW) development, vendor selection, and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and close‑out - Budget & Schedule Control: Ability to develop accurate cost estimates, control project budgets (up to $250 K) and maintain schedules that meet stakeholder expectations. - Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, ASHRAE) and experience ensuring all work complies with safety and security requirements. - Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with project‑management software including MS Project and Computer‑Aided Design/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) for space‑planning and system layout. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must be able to obtain a US DoD Secret Security Clearance.Posted 1 weeks ago
