Your Passion
QC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Specialist. This position is responsible for processing of all inventory transaction within the facility from receiving of product through to billing to the customer. This role is also responsible for delivery of equipment and product to local customers. Individual must pass a background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening and have a clean driving record. Candidate must be able to lift over fifty pounds.
Role and Responsibilities
- Verification of inbound product and entry of receipt information in the Microsoft NAV.
- Staging and put away of inbound materials into warehouse bin location utilizing Microsoft NAV.
- Accurate picking, packing and shipping of product to Customers, QC Sites and Vendor Partners.
- Aid in transfer into and stocking of the QC Supply on site retail space.
- Aid in performance of cycle counts and physical inventories within the Facility.
- Deliver product to local customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- General housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and retail workspaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License, with good driving record
- CDL endorsement preferred
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Ability to function in a fast paced customer driven environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a warehouse and distribution environment.
- Experience utilizing portable technology within a warehouse environment.
- Understanding of inventory control concepts.
- Forklift certification and experience with stand-up and sit down lifts.
Additional Notes
This position will require up to 100% standing and walking, with approximately 20% of the associates time spent delivering to customers, and typically 80% spent in a distribution center.
