The Data & Content Operation Specialist ensures that critical academic information—such as university profiles, admission requirements, deadlines, essays, competitions, and summer programs—is accurate, up to date, and consistently formatted. You will work with a wide range of official sources to collect, validate, and structure complex educational data into product-ready formats that directly support student planning and application journeys. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate data reliability across multiple sources. You will collaborate closely with product and content teams to improve data workflows, expand coverage, and ensure long-term scalability of the platform’s knowledge base. This is a detail-driven, impact-oriented role where data quality directly influences thousands of students’ academic decisions worldwide.
