Job Description Summary
BSI Field operations team is accountable for shaping and executing the Field Incentives program and call planning management across all our international marketsIn this role, the associate analyst should support Field Operations team in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and operational processes that improve field force effectiveness, incentive operations, and call plan management.

Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Supports data-driven IC and field execution capabilities by performing basic analytics (trend identification, variance analysis)
- Perform data validation and quality checks on input datasets
- Assist in preparation of dashboards/reports (IC, call planning, targeting, performance metrics)
- Support process documentation (SOPs, trackers, workflows)
- Create and deliver below requirements as per agreed SoWs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service
- Field Performance excellence (goal setting, incentive design & modelling, Incentive operations and reporting)
- Field Excellence reporting and insights
- Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, business colleagues, and externals through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events
- Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes
- Comply to all Novartis operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements
Skills Required:
- Data ETL platforms (viz Javelin / Zaidyn, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, Dataiku etc)
- Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerAps, etc)
- Reporting and visualization platforms (viz PowerBI, PowerPoint)
- Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)
- Support digital & AI enablement by basic automation or AI driven use cases / workflows
- Good presentation, Interpersonal and communication skills
Education (minimum/desirable):
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Technology, Pharma, Management Science or Data Science related domains
