Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer request on pricing for interest rate and LTFX products especially in CNY / structured products.
• Actively market making and execute orders on behalf of the Bank and customers.
• Assist Interest Rate Trading Team in managing market and interest rate risk for the Bank.
• Update market information and provide timely and accurate analysis to the team in respect to market situation.
• Assist the Interest Rate Trading Team to achieve the financial budget

Requirements:

1. Education Qualification:
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finances or related discipline.

2. Working Experiences:
• Minimum 3-6 years working experience in dealing on various interest rate related financial products market risk with international financial institutions.

3. Professional Qualification / HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework Qualification / Professional Examination / License:
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities.
• Holder of Certified Senior Treasury Management Professional (CSTMP) for VP or Certified Treasury Management Professional (CTMP) for AVP under the HKMA ECF on TM is preferred.

4. Business Knowledge
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all aspects of treasury risk management.
• High market awareness with thorough knowledge of treasury products.
• Knowledge on HKMA guidelines and relevant regulatory framework.
