Join the HR self-service team as Senior QA Engineer supporting the Associate Experience business area. As part of this team, you will be responsible for planning testing efforts and executing on a large enterprise level and employee-facing applications by translating functional requirements, project documentation, and release notes into test requirements and scenarios and possibility of automation.
Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL)

Your impact:
- Analyze requirements and other documentation and create test plans.
- Create and execute manual test cases.
- Create and maintain test resources for solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Write and execute queries for complex retail data using SQL.
- Develop and execute test cases for regression.
- Develop and execute test cases for thorough functional testing with thorough validation of data.
- Provide inputs and guide load/performance testing and possible automation.
- Coordinate with development teams for test planning and execution.
- Documentation of functionality, dataflows, and approval workflows.
- Lead complex testing efforts that may include multiple SQA analysts.
