Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the Validation of New Processes to the Plant, Process improvements, MIPs, SNCs, and NPDs.
- Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc.
- Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements.
- Lead assigned projects; create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are respected.
- Continuously interacts with all the required functions and individuals ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
- Ensures identification and communication of projects risks to superiors
- Other areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, PFMEA, Digitization and Data Integrity.
- Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities
Qualifications/Education and/or Experience:
- Engineering Degree or Equivalent in a related field
- No experience is required, however any experience within manufacturing is considered an asset
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements
- Demonstrated competences in all aspects of project management
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
