About the Team The Platform Responsibility team is bringing disruptive innovation to content safety through the deep application of AI. We are building next-generation infrastructure that leverages advanced LLMs to reshape risk detection and governance. Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
  • Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams;
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process;
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners;
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives);
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years or equivalent of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure efficient processes.
  • Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates.
