
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Platform Responsibility (Third Party Associate)

Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
- Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams;
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process;
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners;
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives);
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years or equivalent of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure efficient processes.
- Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates.
