Manager, Sustainability Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement, Group Sustainability MY

Job Purpose Provide enterprise-level support and oversight for CIMB’s Group-wide sustainability strategy and stakeholder engagement, integrating strategic direction, external influence, and internal culture change to position CIMB as a sustainability leader in ASEAN. This role is accountable for:

(1) Driving and executing CIMB’s Group-wide sustainability strategy, in alignment with the Bank’s Forward30 strategy and with guidance from the Board and Group EXCO.

(2) Operationalising CIMB's regional stakeholder engagement, communications strategies, shaping CIMB’s sustainability narrative, ensuring the integrity, effectiveness and regulatory compliance of sustainability disclosures, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders and leading internal sustainability transformation through change management and the CIMB Sustainability Academy.
