Utilities Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Utilities Coordinator to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, at our Enderby office. As our Utilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the utility connections, statutory authority and third-party service works from project viability appraisal / inception, through to completion including requesting quotes, assisting commercial colleagues to place orders, and managing off site & on-site works. You will identify contractual, financial, technical, and operational risks and to find opportunities for value engineering, in order to minimise risk and maximise gross profit on contracts.
