The Global Operations, Client Services & Administration group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of each business division’s strategy, business model, operating model, processes, teams, and culture
- Lead current-state analysis and strategic future-state reimagination of businesses, capabilities and process in support of DTCC’s multi-year modernization efforts
- Apply analytical approach to tackle “ill structured” problems and justify recommendations
- Work with other Business Architects to identify opportunities to develop cross-business capabilities
- Work with automation teams to identify opportunities to use business automation tools (e.g., robotics, machine learning, aritificial intelligence) to improve businesses and processes
- Synthesize analysis into clear recommendations and findings that add value
- Work in partnership with Business Units, IT and other stakeholders to design and build sustainable solutions
- Create effective working relationships with team members, business teams, and key subject matter experts
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation and Agile methodology
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience in strategic and/or analytical roles and working with people in multi-functional teams
- Ideally, prior experience in strategy consulting and/or banking, capital markets, or financial operations. Experience in product strategy and product development is also a plus
- Understanding of banking / capital markets
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Experience preparing and delivering presentations
