Job Description

This employee will lead CSRs by example and be first line for questions and assisting with projects, payors, and training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes held sales reports by contacting customers, insurance providers, physician's offices, and reviewing with regional accounting office
  • Must be knowledgeable of existing and new information regarding Lincare equipment, compliance adherence, insurance coverage criteria, and carrier policies
    • Knowledge of Lincare paperwork and internal reports
    • Use of the AS-400 and LITE
    • Understands the CDR
  • Daily checking of employees' task assignments and statuses
  • Weekly reporting of held sales decrease and goals to Centralized CSR Supervisor and CHRG Manager
  • Daily work on held sales in centers assigned to them
  • Assists in the training of new employees
