Talent Acquisition Lead

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager this role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR to drive sourcing strategies, lead recruitment campaigns and special projects, and support workforce planning initiatives. - Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions - Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines - Screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates - Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and hiring needs - Support recruitment campaigns, reporting, training, and process improvement initiatives - Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms to attract talent
