Your Role 

岗位职责：

• 根据公司的经营方针、目标，制定相应的经营、环境计划、工作策略及实施细则，确保生产工作正常运转；
• 负责工厂工艺技术管理及相关文档资料的收集、整理和归档；
• 负责工厂工艺安全管理及与总部工艺安全对接；
• 负责工厂控制工艺指标的下达、修改、审核；
• 负责对新产品新工艺方案制定、跟踪及优化，包括工艺的设计、生产、质量、安全等环节的工艺衔接，优化资源；
• 负责新产品原材料消耗、能耗的编制及审核；
• 负责针对工艺技术问题组织分析诊断并优化改善；
• 推动生产现场项目改善（品质，成本，效率）；
• 协助推进AIPS项目，确保生产工艺过程中的PSM和AIPS体系建设；
• 完成领导安排的其它事项。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，化工类或相关专业毕业；
• 5年以上相关工作经验，熟悉工艺安全相关知识；
• 熟练掌握office办公软件，对ERP、自动化系统有一定了解；
• 较强的跨部门沟通能力；
