Job Description

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Work closely with the communications team to coordinate the development and execution of communications strategy in the UAE

  • Compile coverage and event wrap-up reports 

  • Liaise with third-party organizations to secure speaking opportunities and participation in events

  • Coordinate media gifting, schedule deliveries and media follow ups

  • Closely monitor coverage and industry trends

  • Assist in drafting and dispatching press content

  • Coordinate logistics of events and provide on-site support as needed

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Arabic

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
