Job Description
What’s On Your Plate?
Work closely with the communications team to coordinate the development and execution of communications strategy in the UAE
Compile coverage and event wrap-up reports
Liaise with third-party organizations to secure speaking opportunities and participation in events
Coordinate media gifting, schedule deliveries and media follow ups
Closely monitor coverage and industry trends
Assist in drafting and dispatching press content
Coordinate logistics of events and provide on-site support as needed
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Arabic
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Fluent in Arabic and English
Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
