Job Description
Manages the activities of the food and beverage staff and services provided for Wellington’s & Bistro. Monitors and coordinates corrections as needed to the meal quality and guest satisfaction. Incorporates culinary concepts, practices and procedures. Exercises creativity and latitude to provide superior customer service. Prepares the floor and station plan, schedules staff and budgets dining room staffing costs. Manages front of the house operations and related back of the house duties. Practices the Rising Star Core Values of Commitment, Integrity and Excellence
