-We offer partially paid health insurance (up to $300 per month for any of the three plans we offer) dental, vision, life insurance, and Aflac are all options that the employee can opt to pay for out of pocket.

-If the right candidate needs some assistance relocating we would be open to helping cover some of those costs but would like it in the contract that if they willingly leave within the 1st year that the relocation cost needs to be paid back.
