Referral Coordinator

Position Overview: The Referral Coordinator is responsible for patient referrals, pre-authorizations, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and providing general office support duties. This position provides and tracks authorizations and referrals, ensures documents are accurately handled in a timeline manner, and performs daily monitoring of all initial referrals and follow-up tasks.
