Tru-D Operations Specialist

The Operations Assistant will support the Operations Team and will be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory into the Memphis, Tennessee warehouse. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for shipping spare parts to external and internal customers as well as will align with the field service team and corporate office to ensure devices, parts and inventory are recorded accurately in the ERP. The Operations Assistant will also support the Tru-D product line in with repairs and testing of repaired devices. The Operations Assistant will communicate with Tru-D device customers, Tru-D SmartUVC Support Services, Sales Teams and leadership.
