Job Description

Manufacture and complete necessary parts and components for various product lines including but not limited to: Plastic (poly) sizing and finish machining Rubber graphite sizing and finish machining Mechanical parts and finished assemblies   Principle Accountabilities: Machine and complete custom part orders (training provided) Assemble and test various mechanical equipment (training provided) Utilize different types of measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc. Record keeping – complete paperwork for each job accurately and neatly Operate tow motor (training provided)   Requirements: Proficient at blueprint reading Ability to use dial calipers and micrometers Machining operating background including: -CNC lathe -CNC milling machines -CNC router tables -Manual milling machines -Manual lathe Ability to lift 50lbs or more Work in a high-paced environment Willingness to cross train and assist in other areas as needed   Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in different machining techniques and practices Self-starter-able to work in a team atmosphere Must have or willing to purchase own tools   Schedule:7:00AM – 3:30pm (5-day work week)Occasional overtime during the work week Safety Boot Reimbursement
