Objective of job
We are seeking a highly visionary E/E Architecture Expert with profound expertise in system-level design and software-defined vehicle principles. You will serve as the Chief Architect for our next-generation vehicle platforms (ICE/EV), responsible for translating the holistic product vision into a tangible technical reality. Your core mission is to define a highly integrated, performance-optimized, and cost-effective system-level blueprint that consolidates disparate hardware, software, and networking resources into a unified, reliable, and future-proof computing platform. You will lay the foundational system bedrock for our software-defined vehicle strategy.

Education & Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in automotive electronics systems development, with at least 5 years focused on vehicle-level E/E or complex embedded system architecture design.
Proven experience as the lead E/E architect for at least 2 full vehicle production cycles, with a deep understanding of the entire process from concept to mass production.
System-Level Expertise:
Excellent systems engineering mindset, with proficiency in requirements management, system modeling, interface control, and trade-off analysis.
In-depth knowledge of the vehicle electronics development V-cycle and substantial experience in system-level issue identification and resolution.
Proficient in modeling languages like SysML or UML, with hands-on project experience using at least one architecture design tool (e.g., EA, Rhapsody, PREEvision).
Core Technical Depth:
A strong advocate and practitioner of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), with deep understanding and practical experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive and Classic platforms.
Expert knowledge of in-vehicle networking (emphasis on Automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN) and related protocols (SOME/IP, DDS, TCP/IP).
Deep understanding of the architecture and performance boundaries of mainstream computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
Software Knowledge & Safety:
Solid software background, capable of in-depth technical discussions with software teams on API design, software architecture, and operating systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 26262 and experience leading the development of system-level safety concepts.
Familiar with ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards and able to translate them into system design requirements.
Soft Skills & Leadership:
Strong technical foresight, strategic planning skills, and the ability to coordinate and drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly present complex system designs.
Proven team leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as the system architecture lead for mass-production projects involving L3/L4 high-level automated driving or centralized E/E architecture.
Successful track record in system toolchain development, digital twin implementation, or automated validation.
Deep insight and practical experience in the system-level deployment of AI in vehicles.
Familiarity with software development standards such as ASPICE.
