Job Title: Quality Control Technician II (2nd Shift)

The Quality Control Technician II is responsible for the inspection and disposition of incoming, in-process and finished goods within the site.
You will be able to support in CAPAs, Nonconformance and complaints investigations and reporting out results to the responsible parties.
You will provide support in validation activities of various processes and products.
You will report out data and lab results and utilizing DMR for storage purpose.
You will monitor operational procedures related to the QC area and align with the latest quality requirements.
Location: Onsite, Portsmouth, NH. This position is 2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am, Mondays -Thursdays).
What you will do:
Quality inspection (visual or microscopic) of incoming materials, in process and final products.
Proper reporting or documentation of all assigned tasks.
Utilize SAP system for resulting out.
Respond to questions as needed regarding inspected product.
Assist in maintaining standards in accordance with GMP's/SOP's and ISO regulations.
Understand and exercise all safety requirements and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable quality regulations, guidelines, and standards.
Execute QC investigations (Nonconformance and customer requests).
Participate in continuous improvement activities on site.
Support other members of QA team to achieve timeliness set to ensure satisfactory customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3+ years of relative experience.
Experience performing repetitive laboratory procedures in a regulated environment preferred.
Experience maintaining laboratory records, documentation, or sample tracking preferred.
Experience documenting laboratory results and procedures in written reports preferred.
Experience managing multiple laboratory tests, projects, or assignments simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory, manufacturing, or production environment.
Moderate physical demands including ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, reach, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
The hiring range for this position is: $22-$28.40/hr, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
