
CONTRACTS COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Job Description
This position supports Contract Specialists within the Housing Solutions Division to ensure all contracts are initiated and completed in accordance with the State and Federal Fiscal Year. This position is responsible for compiling reports, developing reporting trackers, and maintaining data accuracy to support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. This position is also responsible for managing state and federal annual contracts ensuring that monthly requests for payment and monthly performance reports are processed in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Must have the ability to commute and utilize Phoenix office hoteling space as needed.
