Landscape Maintenance
Groundskeeper – Private Estate – Santa Ana (Lemon Heights)
$49,920k to $54,080k ($24-$26/hr.)
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
Join our 2 person landscape crew to maintain the grounds of a private estate. Two or more years of landscape experience preferred. Refrigerator, microwave, restroom facilities on-site. Owner provides tools and equipment. Pants, shirts, winter jacket, boots, and rain gear after 3 months on the job. Payroll is every other Friday by Direct Deposit to your bank are provided with required State/Federal deductions.
Benefits include the following: Aetna Value Network HMO. Vision and dental health plans are available but not required. The employer pays 100% of the premium for the HMO. A 401(k) plan is available, along with $50,000 of employer-paid life insurance. Paid time off includes 6 holidays, 5 sick days, and 5 vacation days. No smoking on site. Cell phone use during lunch and breaks.
