Front Desk Agent (The Athenaeum Hotel)/Seasonal Employment

Assists guest prior to arrival with reservations, checking in/out and during the stay. Provides information and arranges for guest services to ensure guest satisfaction. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. The Athenaeum Hotel is a historic full-service hotel. In addition to 150 rooms, this hotel hosts conferences and events and houses the Heirloom Restaurant, and the Lobby Lounge. Seasonal employment (summer).
