Job Description
- Support critical Business Operations and Chief of Staff functions globally for AppDev RSO; navigate and influence global AppDev sales teams on priority initiatives as well as execution of the broader business strategy.
- Proactively gather critical market insights, lead cross-functional processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to evolve the AppDev Program and Sales Enablement strategy.
- Conduct analysis of complex datasets and models to influence go-to-market (GTM) strategies, evaluate business drivers and operating metrics.
- Drive operational excellence for our AppDev sales teams through management of the global business operations including strategic planning and OKR setting and tracking. Manage and maintain ongoing ‘rhythm of the business’ deliverables.
- Develop compelling data-driven narratives, data visualizations, and business recommendations for senior stakeholders and contribute to executive level presentations.
