Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
We are looking for an enthusiastic project coordinator intern to join our regional retail design project management team. This internship will help you acquire strategic planning, analytical mindset and stakeholder management exposure within a design environment. It will provide you with industry knowledge in various milestone of project management role- projectstracking and store building from Creative, Development to Execution.
This role involves coordination, data analysis, and general administrative duties to ensure consistent timeline delivery across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
• Participate and support in project tracker progress
• Consolidate and extract information from Store Projections
• Create/maintain timeline and mapping of details to overall Project Tracker/Brand Tracker
Project Analysis
• Support on data churning and cost analysis needed for SAPAC Cost Build
• Collaborate closely with Internal team on requirements for data mining.
• Gathering & verification of data with local markets
Administrative and Reporting duties
• Support the retail design team in reporting and presentation/creation of dashboard analysis
when needed.
• Assist in administrative responsibilities such as PO management, shipment coordination
REQUIREMENTS
• Passionate about data and process.
• Strong collaboration and people management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadline with attention to detail
• Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with SharePoint , ability
to understand design layouts ( preferred but not mandatory)
