Team Description
Agency Sales organization is looking for a highly motivated intern that would like to learn from applying their knowledge acquired at University. This role requires creating and executing go-to-market activities and collaborating with regional Sales team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the execution of customers and prospects communication of newsletters, product news, specific market news, training calendars, webinar/event calendars
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including but not limited to: coordination of presenter(s) calendars, Rehearsal, Registration Lists, Event Creation, Invitation, Reminder, Thank you Note with Survey, Recordings.
- Enhance and adjust powerpoint presentations or other material needed for events being coordinated.
- Load pre-defined/created email templates in Sales Force
- Email distribution via Pardot
- Ad-hoc support for local events logistics, if needed
- Proof-reading of marketing communication in Portuguese and Spanish
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Attending University courses of Marketing, Communications, Languages or Translator (Portuguese/Spanish or English)
- Be at least on the 2nd year of University Course
- Editorial mindset with attention to detail and quality that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Team mentality, open to learn how to work within a global matrixed team environment
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Intermediate level of Spanish and/or English is required
- Collaborative mindset is a must
- Previous knowledge of Sales Force and/or Pardot is a plus
