The Sales & Marketing team of Long Business Products is hiring a dynamic, proactive and customer‑oriented Personal Assistant to support the team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple stakeholders, demonstrates excellent organizational skills, and maintains a strong work ethic with a service‑driven mindset.
- Expense management Accurate and timely processing of expenses.
- Agenda management Coordinating complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and anticipating conflicts.
- Event organisation Planning and coordinating internal and external events, including logistics and follow‑up.
- PO management Creating, tracking and managing Purchase Orders in line with internal processes.
- Stakeholder coordination Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring a high level of service.
- General administrative support Preparing documents, handling correspondence, and supporting daily operational needs.
- Proactive mindset with strong anticipation skills
- Customer‑oriented approach and sense of service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several priorities
- Discretion, reliability and solid work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
