Job Purpose:
The Team Member Experience Supervisor is responsible for creating and delivering team member experience, engagement, recognition, and communication programs by developing the strategy and implementing programs to enhance the team member experience. This person will have a strong leadership voice, a passion for creating an engaging and positive culture, and expertise in project management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement team member experience and communication campaigns by analyzing current trends, identifying needs and securing resources.
Serve as an internal ambassador for our culture and core values by building a genuine connection with team members and leaders.
Works closely with Sycuan executive teams to align the team member experience programs with the leadership team.
Plans, organizes and manages the logistics for companywide events such as all-team meetings, team member recognition events, longevity events, community partnership events, holiday celebrations and diversity, equity and inclusion events
Manages and leads the Team Member Experience Coordinator by training, delegating work, measuring performance and providing feedback.
Supports human resources team to communicate and organize events such as job fairs, trainings, wellness events, safety events and other events as needed
Subject matter expert for the internal communication mobile app; ensures app use is optimized within the departments, users are properly synced and all areas of the app are operating effectively
Supports all app admins; responds to questions, research issues, troubleshooting and resolution.
Main point of contact to app developers escalates complex app issues and provides resolutions to app admins and end users.
Manages survey tool for human resources by developing and sending team member surveys, generates reports and analyzes data to identify areas of opportunity
Interacts and communicates frequently with various departments to drive team member experience projects
Manages internal team member digital communication screens, event calendar and social media groups
Communicate with various external contacts and vendors including sponsor and community partners
Manages the team member experience budget and processes invoices
Additional Duties:
Provides ad-hoc support to leadership

Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, hospitality, communications, marketing or related field
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in project management, event planning, communications or related experience.
6 months of supervisor/leadership experience
Experience with expense management and budgeting with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Canva skills
Experience creating digital and or social media campaigns
Event planning experience

Skilled at managing a high level of detail while working on projects/tasks

Strong presentation skills
Able to effectively collaborate and partner with a range of internal groups
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency with MS Suite
Proficiency using creative programs such as Canva and PowerPoint
Ability to recognize problems, collect data, analyze results and make recommendations
Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
