ChristianaCare is seeking a strategic, high-impact Director of Operations, Ambulatory Specialty Network to lead operations across multiple specialty ambulatory sites and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and executives to drive access, growth, quality, patient experience, operational excellence, and financial performance across the network.
What You'll Do
- Lead multi-specialty ambulatory operations across a regional network.
- Champion an exceptional patient, caregiver and consumer experience.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve access, quality, safety, efficiency, and growth.
- Standardize workflows and operational best practices across sites.
- Build and lead high-performing teams focused on engagement and accountability.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement innovative solutions and new models of care.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, capital planning, and operational results.
- Use data and key performance indicators to drive measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- Proven success leading operational transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong financial, strategic, and business acumen.
- Experience driving results through collaboration, influence, and relationship-building.
- Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes.
