Marvell’s HR Operations role is to support across the group and ensure that our company recourses are used beneficially. Some responsibilities include, setting up budgets, applying company policies and helping with Internal HR systems to make sure the operate efficiently.What You Can Expect
Day-to-day Site Operations Ownership (Vietnam)
Act as the primary PXI on‑site anchor for Vietnam, providing consistent operational presence across Ho Chi Minh City (two sites) and Da Nang.
Ensure smooth daily HR operational flow at site level, including onboarding readiness, document completeness, payroll cut‑off discipline, and ongoing audit hygiene.
Serve as the first point of coordination for site‑level operational issues, ensuring visibility, timely action, and resolution through established PXI workflows.
Own onboarding and Day 1 readiness for Vietnam, including wet‑signature document collection, coordination with site stakeholders, and quarterly new‑hire check‑ins to drive positive Employee Experience outcomes. Maintain hard‑copy personnel files (P‑files), ensure proper document control, and manage corresponding digital records.
Execute Vietnam and assigned APAC Tier 1 enquiries end‑to‑end in line with PXI SLA expectations, including timely first response and resolution, accurate Workday transactions, correct payroll evidence and cut‑off adherence, and maintenance of complete, audit‑ready documentation.
Provide statutory and audit support, including preparation and maintenance of physical and digital files for SOX, ISO, and local inspections, coordination of vendor deliverables, and support for on‑site audit walk‑throughs.
Support onboarding and routine HR operational communications in Vietnamese, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with approved process guidelines.
Maintain regular on‑site presence across all Vietnam locations to support employee touchpoints, Day 1 activities, document handling, and overall site operational needs.
Regional Enablement – APAC
1. Manager Experience enablement for APAC (Operational)
- Support the rollout and localisation of manager enablement materials developed with HRBPs and COEs
- Translate manager policies and expectations into practical, site‑usable checklists and onboarding aids
- Act as the first PXI contact for common manager operational questions, redirecting advisory matters to HRBPs
2. Tier 1 uplift for APAC. Provide surge support for standard tickets, verification letters, Workday transactional updates, and Workday testing, following the daily huddle and backlog hygiene routines led by the APAC Tier 1 Lead.
3. Tier 0 content inputs. Submit country and manager enablement updates to the APAC Tier 0 Lead for governance, audits, publishing accuracy, and quarterly reviews. Governance remains with Tier 0.
4. Insights to action. Provide monthly inputs on onboarding, manager queries, and process frictions into the APAC performance pack to support deflection and SLA improvements.
Operating Cadence and Interfaces
- Daily participation in APAC Tier 1 huddles, status on Vietnam tickets and onboarding pipeline, and midday sweeps for SLA adherence.
- Weekly sync with the APAC Tier 0 Lead to translate drivers into content actions and review top drivers with the APAC Tier 1 Lead.
- Monthly inputs for the APAC PXI performance pack.
- Quarterly support for Tier 0 content reviews and manager enablement releases. Interfaces include line reporting to the APAC HR Operations Lead, operational direction from the APAC Tier 1 Lead, and governance with the APAC Tier 0 Lead.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of HR Operations experience in Vietnam covering onboarding, payroll coordination, wet signature document handling, and audit readiness.
Proficiency with Workday transactions and testing, and with case management systems such as ServiceNow.
Business English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
Knowledge of using HRIS systems such as Workday and case management tools such as ServiceNow.
Excellent communication, organization skills and attention to details.
Excellent Excel skills to easily run reports from Workday, validate & prep the data, summarize with pivot tables where needed.
