
Sales Manager - Mining Industry (BVI)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in mining, smelter, and mineral processing projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, project owners, EPC contractors, and technical consultants.
Position integrated services from feasibility and ESIA through construction, commissioning, and operations.
Lead technical proposal development, costing strategies, and commercial negotiations for service contracts.
Coordinate with field operations, HSE, and technical teams to develop high-quality, competitive offers.
Track industry trends, new smelter pipelines, and evolving ESG/sustainability requirements affecting mining operations.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in mining, smelters, mineral processing, or related engineering/technical services.
Proven track record winning project-based or technical service contracts.
Established network with mining operators, smelter owners, contractors, and/or major EPC firms.
Experience selling or delivering QA/QC, HSE, NDT, ESIA, project management, construction supervision, or asset integrity services.
Good understanding of mining regulations, environmental and ESG compliance, and operational readiness principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Strong business English skills for technical, commercial, and stakeholder communication.
