Job Description
You will prepare detailed requirements and supporting documentation for changes to the PALS system Support the business team by developing use cases, test cases, and other software lifecycle artifacts Contribute to compliance testing aligned with SOX policies You will perform issue resolution and root cause analysis for PALS support requests Participate in 24-hour on-call support and maintenance activities outside regular business hours Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice processes for all changes made to PALS software and data Collaborate with PALS developers to improve and expand support tools You are expected to prepare, distribute, and maintain CGMP-related documentation for PALS codebase upgrades And you will thrive in a team that values diversity and encourages bringing unique perspectives to problem-solving
