
Associate Division Manager to Direct Support Professionals
Job Description
The Associate Division Manager (ADM) directly supervises job coaches and plans and coordinates individualized support to clients. The ADM believes that all adults can live and work in the community given the support they need to be successful. The ADM must have the ability to work well with TMI employees, client’s circle of support (family members, friends, community members, etc.), community resources, the Department of Rehabilitation, and the Regional Center. Also, the ADM must be able to work independently and as a team member.
