We are seeking a Field Operator – Wireline Services to support field operations by preparing, maintaining, and operating equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

As a Field Operator, you will play a key role in supporting wireline operations, including logging and perforating services. You will assist in equipment preparation, on-site execution, and maintenance activities, contributing to safe and efficient operations both onshore and offshore.
As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for:
Preparing, inspecting, and conditioning equipment at base prior to mobilization to the wellsite.
Supporting wireline operations, including logging and perforating, in both onshore and offshore environments.
Assembling, disassembling, and performing basic maintenance on logging tools and related equipment.
Participating in Rig Up and Rig Down activities at the wellsite.
Operating and assisting with specialized equipment, including:
Logging tools
Pressure Control Equipment (PCE)
Perforating systems
Verifying the mechanical and functional condition of equipment before, during, and after operations.
Following industrial safety procedures and contributing to risk identification and mitigation.
Supporting operational documentation and field reporting activities.
Maintaining housekeeping standards in the base and at the wellsite.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or technical degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in oil & gas field operations.
Experience in well services, preferably in wireline logging or perforating operations.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of wireline systems and field operations.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, extended hours, and in offshore/onshore environments.
