Arcade Attendant

The Arcade Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment, making the guest’s experience memorable and ensuring the smooth operation of the Arcade.

Duties:

• Sell debit cards, redemption tickets and party packages.

• Create guest accounts

• Instruct guests on operating arcade games, debit card system, redemption purchases and arcade club.

• Ensure all guests are following the rules.

• Redeem redemption merchandise.

• Communicate all issues and equipment malfunction to management.

• Cleaning, detailing, and testing games.

Qualifications:

• Understand basic arcade game operation.

• Ability to lift 15 lbs. from the floor.

• Must be able to interact well with children and adults.
