About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Administrative Coordination & Resource Management
Oversee daily administrative workflows, including procurement/distribution of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace management. Establish standardized tracking systems to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
2. Event & Meeting Execution
Plan and coordinate corporate meetings (e.g., weekly reviews, annual conferences) and team activities (e.g., team-building, celebrations). Manage logistics, materials, and agendas, ensuring effective follow-up on action items and event outcomes.
3. Document Control & Archiving
Draft and review administrative documents, standardize filing procedures, and maintain digital archives. Ensure timely document circulation, accurate record-keeping, and traceability for business audits and decision-making.
4. Employee Services & Facilities Support
Manage attendance, employee benefit distribution, and travel arrangements. Liaise with property management for utilities, security, and office upkeep, addressing staff needs to enhance workplace satisfaction and operational stability.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate interdepartmental administrative requests, including asset allocation and shared space scheduling. Partner with HR on recruitment and training logistics to streamline communication and collaboration.
6. Process Improvement & Digitization
Evaluate and refine administrative workflows, identifying inefficiencies for optimization. Drive digital transformation (e.g., OA systems) to standardize processes, accelerate task completion, and reduce overhead costs.
