The role includes cross-selling financial products, managing branch operations, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships.
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery across all branch touchpoints.
Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings.
Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement.
Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team.
Take full ownership of the branch’s break-even and P&L performance.
Liaise with product, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
