Job Description
- Design and evaluate system and subsystem hardware testing methodologies for data center hardware, covering electrical, functional, stress, and system-level testing.
- Assess, structure, and formulate best practices to improve validation for slow speed interfaces like SPI and I2C, and high speed interfaces like PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.
- Develop strategy and roadmap for test infrastructure and process to meet future technology and portfolio requirements while defining high level architecture for product hardware validation.
- Gather requirements, define high level architecture, execute strategy for product hardware validation.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to support deployment and field support. - Collaborate with external technology and system partners, to understand capabilities and industry trends, and represent Google’s technical requirements with these partners. Partner with software development and validation teams on end-to-end qualification and verification strategy and planning.
