The Opportunity:
Position: On-Call (All Shifts Available)
Pay Rate: $38-$40.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: City View Post-Acute

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
As an LVN at City View, you provide the critical clinical care our residents need to thrive.
Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
Critical Thinking: Make independent decisions and apply sound clinical judgment in resident care situations.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our nursing leadership, CNAs, and rehab team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate resident progress effectively.
Resident Advocacy: Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Must possess a valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English.
Trainability: An eager learner who can follow instructions precisely and adapt to the facility’s protocols.
